60’s Hagstrom Tremar

Vintage Hagstrom Tremar.

I have cleaned it up and removed the surface rust and grime with white vinegar, gently polished it and lubed everything with light machine oil.  These have a little less range up and down than a Bigsby or Jazzmaster, sometimes you have to fool around swapping springs to get it to rest real flat and feel nice too depending on string gauge. Same as a Bigsby there really. Missing the set screw that holds the arm tight in place but it fits and stays snug in its pipe, you may find you don’t need to source one. Great easy to implement vintage trem. Put it on a Squier Tele!!!
